Property Management System

Is a comprehensive front desk operation software designed for the hospitality industry. It efficiently manages room inventory and seamlessly communicates with channel managers and OTAs to facilitate online room sales, minimizing the risk of overbooking. Additionally, it simplifies the management of promotions, ensuring optimal hotel occupancy. This system also efficiently handles walk-in bookings and the hotel's website reservation platform.

Self Service Check in Kiosk

The Self-Service Check-In Kiosk offers a comprehensive check-in solution for hotels and hostels. It verifies guests using their credentials and significantly reduces congestion at the front desk, especially during busy hours. This kiosk operates 24/7 and is seamlessly connected to the Property Management System (PMS), ensuring real-time updates for all check-ins. Utilizing smart features, it can also assist in room allocation for guests.

Online Booking Engine

Hotels can now integrate their website with their own online booking engine, eliminating the need to pay fees and commissions to OTAs. This booking engine is directly connected to the Property Management System, ensuring real-time and accurate availability information for the hotel. The
PMS continually updates all other online platforms to prevent overbooking.

Smart Locker System

Discover our versatile Smart Locker System, designed to meet diverse needs. In some hotels, we offer secure lockers in common areas, perfect for guest belongings, especially in hostels. Additionally, we provide luggage lockers for temporary storage pre or post-check-in. What makes us unique is that all these lockers are accessible with the same guest card, ensuring convenience without the hassle of multiple card issuances.

Smart Door Lock

The City Stay door locks are powered by IoT (Internet of Things) technology. These locks communicate wirelessly with the front desk, enabling remote control of the door lock, real-time status reporting, and online access to management and security reports.

Integrated Access Control

City Stay offers an advanced access control system that goes beyond room security. It extends protection to elevators, building entrances, and amenities like pools. Guests can effortlessly access all these areas using their guest cards, ensuring a seamless and convenient experience.
